2019 - 2020
Writer-composer Levi Taylor started the company back in 2019 under the name Headphone Theater, eluding to the two musical audio series we first produced: The Barrymore Hauntings (2019) and The Thief and the Lady (2020). We also produced an experimental live web series of Barrymore that reflected our interest in combining live theatre and film
Live Theatre
2021 - 2023
2021 began with a live stage version of The Thief and the Lady (2021), which sold out all 7 performances, followed by an all-new pirate musical comedy, Sirens (2022), and the gothic musical fantasy The Moon Witch (2023). Along the way, we filmed several movie-style trailers for our stage productions, whetting our appetite for more film
Theatre & Film
2023 - Present
Toward the end of 2023, we made our first foray into narrative film with the horror sci-fi short film After Hours, which premiered at the “It’s Only a Movie” Horror Film Festival. We went into extended development for our triple-short-film project, 3 Shorts, along with projects for both theatre and film beginning in 2025
